You will receive a confirmation email shortly confirming your order placement.  Please allow order processing aproximately 48 hours (during business hours) for one of our customer service representatives to contact you to confirm all the details and go over your order with you in detail.

 

With regard to furniture orders:

On ALL custom furniture orders, you will need to verify all details of the item, sizes, finish selection and our customer service representatives will give you delivery or installation options. Some of these options may be at an additional cost.

Custom furniture orders are not put into production until a signed confimation shop drawing and a signed invoice is received by our office. The finalized invoice will detail whether the item is being shipped or delivered. Shop drawings will be issued for your review and must be signed and payment of at least 50% deposit is received by our offices in order for any custom furniture item to proceed into production.

Up to 50% of the total may be paid via credit card. The balance due will be requested via email and will be due in full, via certified bank check, check or cash and prior to scheduling delivery or installation.

CUSTOM FURNITURE ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE ONCE FINAL SIGN OFF AND A FULL 50% DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. PLEASE VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND DETAILS CAREFULLY. SHIPPING COSTS MAY VARY AND WILL BE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. IF INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL FOR A CUSTOMIZED QUOTE.
